Philipp Navratil

Philipp Navratil is an Austrian-Swiss business executive who has served as chief executive of Nestlé since September 2025. He joined Nestlé in 2001 and held various commercial and leadership roles across Central America, Mexico, and Switzerland, including country manager for Honduras and head of the global Coffee Strategic Business Unit overseeing Nescafé and Starbucks brands. He is best known for his two-decade career within Nestlé's system, culminating in his appointment as CEO following the dismissal of his predecessor Laurent Freixe.
