Trisha M. Rich

Trisha M. Rich is a partner at Holland & Knight LLP, where she co-chairs the firm's national Legal Profession Team and serves as professional responsibility partner for the Chicago office. She is a litigator and one of the country's foremost lawyers in legal ethics, professional responsibility, and the regulation of the legal profession, with particular expertise in managed services organization (MSO) structuring, alternative business structures (ABSs), and law firm regulatory compliance. She also serves as an adjunct professor of law at New York University School of Law, teaching professional responsibility and the regulation of lawyers.
