Jay Ram

Jay Ram is the CEO and co-founder of HUD, a Y Combinator W25 company building evaluation and reinforcement learning environments for computer use agents. He previously worked in quantitative research and built a consumer AI prank-calling app that briefly reached number one on the App Store. HUD works with frontier AI labs to provide agent evaluation and training infrastructure at scale, and Ram has described the company's platform as enabling teams to build RL environments across dozens of models including GPT, Kimi, and Qwen.
