Jamie Niu Serota

Jamie Niu Serota is the Co-Founder and CEO of Podium Automation, a Brooklyn-based company that designs and manufactures industrial control panels using a software-driven approach. She co-founded the company in 2024 with CTO Jacob Buser to reduce control panel lead times from months to days. Prior to Podium, she held roles in commercial strategy and business development at Tesla, Blue Origin, and Bowery Farming, and is currently pursuing an MBA at MIT Sloan.
