Loïc Mougeolle

Loïc Mougeolle is the CEO and co-founder of Comand AI, a Paris-based defense technology company he established with Antoine Chassang in 2023. He previously worked at Naval Group and now leads Comand AI in developing Prevail, an AI-native command and control platform for military planning and operations. Under his leadership, the company has raised €32 million in Series A funding and deployed its software with units in France, Germany, and Ukraine.
