Menglin Zou

Menglin Zou is an AI Engineer at SYNTHOID.AI, where he develops Vision-Language-Action models that integrate perception, language, and action. He holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Auckland, with research focused on Inverse Reinforcement Learning and Deep Reinforcement Learning. He is a co-author of the paper "Trust Region Reward Optimization and Proximal Inverse Reward Optimization Algorithm," accepted as a poster at NeurIPS 2025.
