Transition Ventures is a London-based early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2021, originally investing through a climate-tech lens and now focused on "physical AI" — backing companies at the intersection of artificial intelligence and real-world industrial systems such as energy, robotics, materials, and hardware-software integration. Led by Unity co-founder David Helgason, the firm has closed a $150M Fund II, bringing total AUM above $300M, and invests in founders from inception to Series A across Europe and the US.
