TMV is a New York-based early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2016 by Marina Hadjipateras and Soraya Darabi, investing across AI, healthcare, maritime, and logistics with $230 million in AUM and a portfolio of 50+ companies. The firm also launched TMV Logistics, LP, a $200 million fund backed by Prologis Ventures and the American Bureau of Shipping, focused on pre-seed through Series A companies in maritime, shipbuilding, ports, and intermodal logistics.
