Cass R. Sunstein is the Robert Walmsley University Professor at Harvard University, where he is also the founder and director of the Program on Behavioral Economics and Public Policy at Harvard Law School. He is best known for co-authoring the book Nudge with Richard H. Thaler and for his influential work on behavioral economics, regulatory policy, and constitutional law.
